GoldStandard Returns Policy

At GoldStandard, premium quality and service are our top priorities. However, it can happen that an order isn't exactly what you expected. No problem—you can easily return your product.

When can I return?

  • Is your order damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly? Contact us immediately so we can resolve this quickly and professionally.
  • Not completely satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt .

Returns Policy

  • The item must be returned unused , with original tags, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns are at your own expense, unless it is a mistake on our part (for example, wrong size or color delivered).
  • Damaged or incomplete returns (without tags or packaging) are not eligible for a full refund.

How can I return an item?

  1. Inspect your item immediately upon delivery and report any damage or defects to us immediately.
  2. Please send an email to info@goldstandardamsterdam.com within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Send your package to:

Processing your return

  • Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • If you only return part of your order, you will only be refunded that part.
  • We will always send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Special arrangement for belts

Our belts are covered by an extended 180-day warranty. This only applies if there is a defect through no fault of your own, such as a buckle that no longer closes or leather that accidentally comes loose. In that case, you will receive a replacement. Please note: this does not cover visual damage or wear and tear from use . There will be no refunds, only replacements.
